Customer Service Agreement & Terms and Conditions
By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read,
understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Work
Indian River Powder Coating L.L.C will perform only the services listed on the work order or
estimate. Any additional work requested after the original estimate may result in
additional charges.
2. Surface Preparation
Proper preparation is critical to a quality finish. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all
parts will be cleaned and prepared using our standard process. Existing rust, corrosion,
body filler, silicone contamination, previous repairs, or other hidden defects may affect
the final finish.
3. Finish Expectations
Powder coating is a durable industrial finish but is not guaranteed to be free from
minor cosmetic imperfections. Slight texture variation, gloss variation, edge coverage
differences, hanging marks, grounding marks, or small blemishes may occur as part of
the powder coating process.
4. Customer-Supplied Parts
The customer certifies they own the parts or have authorization to have them coated.
Indian River Powder Coating L.L.C is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn threads,
hidden cracks, warped components, excessive rust, previous repairs, or other defects
discovered during processing.
If, during the preparation process, hidden damage, excessive corrosion, structural
defects, or other conditions are found that could significantly affect the quality, safety,
or cost of the finished product, work will be paused and the customer will be contacted
before any additional work is performed. Any additional charges must be approved by
the customer before work resumes.
5. Heat Exposure
Powder coating requires curing at temperatures generally between 350°F and 425°F.
The customer understands that certain materials may become damaged during
processing.
6. Color Matching
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
7. Warranty
90-day workmanship warranty. Excludes impact damage, chips, scratches, chemical
exposure, salt corrosion, improper installation, abuse, misuse, normal wear,
customer-supplied materials, and substrate failure. Maximum liability is limited to the
original amount paid.
8. Customer Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all work upon pickup. Once parts leave our
facility, claims for cosmetic issues may be denied.
9. Payment, Deposits, and Cancellations
A 20% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance and any
approved additional charges are due upon completion before parts are released.
Additional charges may include specialty/custom-order powder, additional preparation
or stripping, excessive rust removal, approved repairs, masking, custom fixturing,
shipping, handling, and packaging.
Cancellation Policy:
• Before work begins and before any materials have been specially ordered, the
customer will receive a refund of the deposit less a $25 administrative cancellation fee.
• Special-order powder, materials, or supplies already purchased are non-refundable
and will be deducted from any refund or remain payable by the customer.
• Once preparation, blasting, stripping, coating, or any work has begun, the deposit is
non-refundable.

Completed work not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees of $10.00 per
day.
11. Abandoned Property
Items left more than 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned as
permitted by Florida law.
12. Completion Dates
Completion dates are estimates only.
13. Limitation of Liability

consequential damages.
